How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard > Billing > Cancel. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@protectedai.io within 30 days of your annual payment. Monthly plans are non-refundable. See our full refund policy.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard > Account > Delete account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.

The extension isn’t working on a platform.

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us at support@protectedai.io with the platform name and a screenshot.

How do I add or remove team members?

Go to Dashboard > Team > Invite or remove members. Only admins can manage team membership.
